Logistics Administrator required for manufacturing company based in the Stowmarket area. Our client is looking to recruit somebody to support with the organisation of all UK, Export and courier shipments. The role will involve being first point of contact for customers and main responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring logistics inbox
* Generating pack lists and commercial invoices and sending to customers and forwarders
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Dealing with freight quotes and live orders, providing delivery updates
* Producing weekly and monthly reports where required
* Oversee container collections
* Booking and arranging collections of courier shipments
A minimum of 2 years Logistics/transport experience is required together with strong IT and organizational skills. 37.5 week Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Salary c£24k depending on experience
