Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the logistics and operations team with administrative tasks

*

Managing and updating shipment records and documentation

*

Communicating with clients, carriers, and internal departments

*

Assisting with booking transport and tracking deliveries

*

Preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy across systems

*

Handling invoicing and ensuring timely follow-up on queries

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transport admin role

*

Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and database systems

*

Excellent organisational and time management skills

*

Confident communicator with a proactive attitude

*

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
