Role: Logistics Administrator
Location: Dereham, Norfolk
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30am – 16:30pm
Salary: £12.21 an hour, weekly pay
Temporary, immediate start with the opportunity to go permanent
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Administrator to join the logistics department for our client based in Dereham.
Duties of a Logistics Administrator:
Updating Delivery log with job details.
Chasing and processing pre delivery questionnaires with customers
Updating sage 200 with delivery addresses / contact info for drivers
Calling customers day before delivery to advise ETA.
Printing and uploading documents to the CRM system
Scheduling picking dates and booking in parts
Picking orders + raising Fedex deliveries
What we would like from you:
Previous administration experience
Strong communication skills; written and verbal
Highly organised
Strong attention to detail
MUST drive due to location
