Locum Consultant Psychiatrist in CAMHS

We have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist in CAMHS to work within an NHS service in Kent.

Job Description:
This role is a full-time Locum position based in Kent. You will be working in an CAMHS service for patients with mental illness.

Responsibilities:
Managing clinical caseload of young people 0-18 with mental health & Neurodevelopmental difficulties, prescribing and monitoring medication, participation in day time duty rota covering emergencies across the south/east of the county with crisis team, support for MDT in psychiatric formulation. Will have access to consultant supervision.

Skills / Experience Required:

* At least 6 months experience in CAMHS

* Valid driving license

* MRCPsych

* S12 approval desirable

* GMC with a licence to practise

* Approved Clinician status
