Job Title: Litigation Solicitor (Full-Time)
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: Above Market Rate – Open to Negotiation

We are now seeking a full-time Litigation Solicitor to join our team and help drive forward the continued growth of our litigation services.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a solicitor with drive, experience, and commercial awareness to manage a diverse caseload and support the ongoing development of our litigation department.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a broad range of litigation matters including but not limited to:
*

Contract disputes
*
Debt recovery
*
Landlord and tenant issues
*
Property disputes
*
Employment disputes
*
Consumer issues
*
Neighbour and boundary disputes
*
Provide clear, practical advice to clients from instruction to conclusion
*
Manage all aspects of cases including drafting, negotiations, and court appearances
*
Work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating with colleagues as needed
*
Contribute to the strategic growth and visibility of the litigation department
Requirements:
*
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*
Minimum 2 years PQE preferred (applications from all levels considered)
*
Proven experience managing a varied litigation caseload
*
Excellent communication and client care skills
*
Strong organisational and time management skills
*
Ability to work independently and under pressure
