Job Description Concept Recruitment Group, in proud partnership with our client, a leader in contract-packing for the food industry, are opening the door to exciting career opportunities that match talent with purpose.\n\nCurrently, we are recruiting Line Leaders based at the Dudley site, West Midlands.\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Managing production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards.\n\n * Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets\n\n * Ensuring the final product meets client specifications\n\n * Effectively maximising production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis\n\n * Effectively using the integrated management system\n\n * Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations\n\n * Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures\n\n * Ensuring that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external\n\n * Ensuring GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to\n\n * Liaising with agency controllers on a day-to-day basis providing feedback regarding agency workers\n\n * Attending team leader meetings\n\n * Assisting in the training and development of new starters\n\n * Acting as ...
