Life Cycle Engineers are traditionally responsible for providing in-service technical support of Defence products to ensure their safe, reliable and disruption free operation. Within the future programmes team in Bristol (GCAP), they bring a strong customer and engineering focus to influence the design and to affect the maturity of the product across the life cycle to meet customer and business needs to ensure Design Intent is met.

What you will be doing
As the Customer Engineering interface, you will work with Operators, Partners, Airframers, Regulatory Authorities and Subject Matter Experts to identify and develop through life service and support solutions.
Predict future safety and reliability performance based on failure rates, adopting statistical techniques to support Numerical Risk Assessment, Parametric Distribution and fly forward analysis.
