Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Northampton
£13.68–£14.50 per hour

The role:
Vision for Education is seeking experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to work in a range of local nurseries across Northampton. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day work, we have opportunities to suit your availability and goals.
You’ll be supporting children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your early years experience in settings that value high-quality care and education.
Requirements:
✅ Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) – essential
✅ Proven experience working in UK-based nurseries or early years settings
✅ Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
✅ A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
