The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high occupancy rates across a well-stocked portfolio—primarily in East London. You’ll be trusted to manage your own diary, combining time on-site for viewings with home-based admin. You’ll also contribute to broader revenue-generating activities as the team evolves.
Key responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings across key East London schemes
* Manage applicant enquiries and registrations
* Qualify leads and match applicants to available homes
* Negotiate offers and close deals
* Support with scheme launches and marketing initiatives
* Ensure smooth move-ins, working alongside Goodlord
* Maintain a consistently high occupancy rate
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Lettings (Build to Rent or agency background)
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time
* Target-driven with a desire to maximise earnings
* Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
* Organised and IT-literate, with great attention to detail
* Reliable, self-motivated, and upbeat—culture fit is key!
* Driving licence preferred, but not essential
People from independents or structured customer-focused backgrounds tend to thrive here. Sales or property management experience is also welcome.
Package & Benefits:
* Basic Salary: £28 – £32k
* OTE: £45–50k+ realistic (based on 120–180 lets annually)
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
* 1 in 5 Saturdays (with following Friday off)
* Time in lieu if you work late for viewings
* Travel covered with mileage allowance where needed
