Location: Portobello, Edinburgh

Salary: £26k - £27k + Excellent Benefits

Permanent, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established real estate company, focusing on residential property investment with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will report to office manager managing and oversee rental properties, fostering tenant and landlord relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Market rental properties across diverse property platforms.
• Handle lease execution and related documentation using SME Professional.
• Coordinate with the in-house maintenance department for repairs.
• Provide regular updates to landlords and ensure tenancy satisfaction.
• Perform ad hoc office duties.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of letting experience.
• Possess 1 year of experience in customer service and property management.
• Understanding of HMO regulations. (Beneficial)
• Valid driving licence.
