Your New Role
As an Administrator on the Student Supported Living Team, you will play a key role in enhancing the student experience. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating support services, and liaising with various departments to ensure students receive the best possible assistance when looking for student accommodation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and providing a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all students.
- Dealing with private landlords to schedule repairs- Organising contractors' diaries and booking in maintenance- Internal and external stakeholder management- Arranging viewings and audits- Updating bespoke systems- General Administration- Working as part of a small team
What You'll Need to Succeed
