Description
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, briefs, and subpoenas
File legal documents with courts and government agencies, both electronically and in person
Maintain and organize client files and case documents (physical and digital)
Schedule meetings, court appearances, and depositions for attorneys
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
Conduct basic legal research and collect case-related information
Maintain confidentiality of all legal and client information
Track and manage deadlines, court dates, and billing hours
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
Assist in the preparation of discovery documents and trial materials
