Job Description Legal Risk Manager, Portsmouth + hybrid working\n\nCompetitive Salary + Bonus scheme & Benefits\n\nWorking as part of the Legal and Compliance team, reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for:\n\nRole overview:\n\nDeveloping, maintaining and monitoring the business’s Risk Management Strategy and Framework including Risk Appetite and alignment with the Mid-Term Business Plan\nMaintaining the Risk Management Policies ensuring they are aligned to Risk Strategy & Shareholder Guidelines.\nDeveloping and managing Key Risk Indicators on existing and new products & services.\nContributing to an effective risk and compliance culture and delivering training to key stakeholders.\nAssisting the business to identify all risks within the business and escalating where appropriate, including refining risk capture processes and taking responsibility of the Enterprise Risk Register.\nAssisting with the Compliance Monitoring Programme.\nEnsuring that action plans are in place for remediation and mitigation of key risks identified throughout the risk and compliance monitoring processes\nExperience and Skills
