Job Description Legal PA (1:1) – Private Client

£35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

I am working with a lovely boutique law firm in the heart of Marylebone who are looking for a Legal PA to support one of their senior lawyers on a 1:1 basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely friendly and supportive team who really value their staff.

The firm specialises in private client work , so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys a personable, client-facing environment. The role will be varied and interesting – and while there’s a strong PA focus, there’s also the chance to get involved in more legal admin duties if you’re keen to develop your skills further.

What you'll be doing:
Traditional 1:1 PA support including diary and inbox management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with high-net-worth clients and their representatives
Managing files and assisting with document production
Supporting with billing and time recording
Optional involvement in legal tasks (training and support provided)
