We are looking for a highly organised, professional and proactive Office Manager to join a successful law firm in their Belfast office on a 12m FTC.
Joining a market-leading organisation, the Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day office activities and operations and will provide administrative and secretarial support to the fee-earners and teams.
The contract:
This is an office based role 5 days/week and it is a fixed term contract for 12 months, starting imminently.

Key responsibilities as the Legal Office Manager will include:
Managing the office activities and operations
Managing Health & Safety, security, first aid etc.
Ensuring risk assessments and fire drills are completed and recorded as required
Liaising with all suppliers and vendors
Project managing any facilities activities from start to finish
Managing staff holiday scheduling and authorising annual leave requests
Organising internal and external meetings
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
