Jackson Hogg are delighted to support a business based in Gateshead with the appointment of Legal Administration Assistant on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be required to give administrative support to the legal department ensuring the efficient operation of legal services and companies with internal procedures and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team including preparing, maintaining and updating legal documentation, online filing, processing signatures and managing document databases
* Supporting with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
* Handling non-disclosure agreements
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
* General proofreading of internal and external documents
* Completing requests for work to be delivered through online systems
We are looking to speak with candidates with strong administrative experience preferably from a legal background however this is not essential. You must have strong organisational and time management skills with good research and analysis skills
