What You'll Do:
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide individual support to students, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills.
- Contribute to creating a positive and safe learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

What They're Looking For:
- You'll have a passion for working with kids with special needs and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
- You'll be a team player, working well with others and sharing ideas.
- You'll be eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to best support the students you work with.
- You'll have your GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/C or above).
- You'll have a good understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- You'll have your own transport.
