We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide invaluable support to students within a wonderful school environment. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in aiding students to reach their full potential through individualised and small group assistance.
Day to day of the role:
Offer targeted individual and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist teachers in the development and execution of lesson plans.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Support student learning and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Work collaboratively with school staff and fellow teachers to promote student achievement.
Help administer assessments and tests, ensuring a supportive testing environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
The ability to connect with students from diverse ages, backgrounds, and learning abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction and support.
