A welcoming mainstream primary school in Sutton is looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Dyslexia. This is a full-time role, starting ASAP, with the opportunity to become a long-term fixture within a committed and nurturing SEN team.

Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with ASD and Dyslexia

• 
  

  Implement tailored strategies to help pupils access the curriculum

• 
  

  Assist in creating and delivering differentiated learning activities

• 
  

  Work closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and external specialists

• 
  

  Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

Ideal Candidate:
