Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Pay Rate: £95.83 to £111.09 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

Reeson Education is looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive EYFS setting in a fantastic primary school in M11, Manchester. This full-time Learning Support Assistant role is to start as soon as possible and is expected to continue through to July 2026, with a view to becoming a permanent position for the right person.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will work across Nursery and Reception, supporting early language development, early literacy, play-based learning, and a wide range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant with strong EYFS knowledge and a passion for making a real difference during the most formative years of a child's life.

Please note: a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification is essential for this Learning Support Assistant role.

Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils across the EYFS, including 1:1, small groups, and whole class activities
* Assist with early phonics, number work, and communication development
* Help to implement personalised learning plans for pupils with SEND
* Foster an inclusive and stimulating environment through learning through play
* Work closely with the class teacher and other EYFS staff to support emotional regulation and routines
* Monitor progress and contribute to ongoing assessment and planning

The Ideal Learning Support Assistant Will:
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years
* Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting
* Be proactive, nurturing, and committed to child development
* Be confident supporting children with a range of needs including ASD, speech and language delay, and SEMH
* Show strong communication and teamwork skills and a willingness to go the extra mile

Learning Support Assistant Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification (essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
* Recent references covering the last 2-3 years
* A genuine passion for Early Years education and inclusion
