We are an Ofsted Outstanding independent specialist day school supporting young people aged 10-19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as Autism Spectrum Conditions. With around 75 students, our nurturing and inclusive school has recently expanded and undergone a refurbishment to meet growing demand.

We're seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to work in our secondary and college division. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a supportive learning environment. Children are offered a education that will support them, encourage there development and build their confidence. Working Monday to Friday (9 AM - 4 PM), you'll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that tailors education to each student's unique needs.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable not essential)

Teaching Assistant/ LSA experience (desirable)

A desire to support SEN learners with complex needs in a school environment

Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis

This role is open to receiving applications over the next two weeks. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
