We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and motivated Learning Mentor to join our inclusive secondary school in Barking . You'll play a vital role in supporting students who are experiencing barriers to learning-whether academic, emotional or behavioural-helping them to stay engaged and succeed.
The Role: As a Learning Mentor, you will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, deliver personalised support plans, and work closely with pastoral staff, teaching teams, and families. Your support will help students re-engage with school life and improve their confidence, behaviour, and academic performance.
