People Development Specialist (Learning and Develoment)
At AFH we want our colleagues to drive their own development and career growth, supported and enabled by their managers and the People Development team.
The purpose of the People Development Specialist role is to support this aim by designing and delivering skills and behaviour- based learning through a variety of interventions, including a significant amount of face to face training.
Experience, knowledge and qualifications:
Passionate and knowledgeable about People Development and desire to positive influence the journey of our managers
Experience of end to end design and delivery of training to a professional audience
Ability to work autonomously, whilst able to create long lasting and strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Strong organisational skills
Coaching qualification or working towards desirable
CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or working towards desirable
Financial Services background desirable
