Role Overview
I am seeking a proactive Learning and Development Manager to shape and lead our talent development strategy. This role will focus on building internal capabilities, improving employee engagement and retention, and establishing a structured approach to learning across the organisation. The successful candidate will oversee training initiatives, manage L&D budgets, and lead the rollout of our internal learning academy.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals to strengthen organisational capability and support employee retention.
Training Program Creation: Develop a range of learning initiatives, including e-learning, workshops, and structured pathways, to support career progression and skill development.
