Role: L&D Partner
Location: London (Field Based / Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £47,000
I have a new opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner based in (or in a commutable distance to) London. This role is for a multi-site hospitality business and will require travel.
A strong background in hospitality is a must for this role!
The purpose of the L&D Partner role is to partner the Operations and the People team to provide suitable learning solutions which will drive organisational performance whilst building strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating to ensure best learning solutions are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive capability through design and delivery of our divisional initiatives and through engaging the Operations and the People Team.
Collaborating with the Learning & Development team and ensuring the creation of the best and learning solutions
Responsible for partnering with your business unit function to ensure fit for purpose Learning interventions are provided to your customers.
Design and delivery of projects as agreed with Senior Learning Partner
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide a localised support function to your region.
