The Role

This is a newly created position, offering the chance to shape the future of L&D in a high-performing, technical, and globally minded environment.
You’ll take ownership of:
Designing and delivering training programmes across the London HQ
Managing and administering the learning platform and training records
Rolling out certification and compliance-based training
Working with employees and managers to assess learning needs
Supporting wider corporate training initiatives as the role evolves
Laying the foundations for a future-proof L&D function

While London is your core focus, there may be scope to support training needs across subsidiaries over time.
