Lead Systems Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Lead Systems Engineer to join our client, a market-leading business specialising in developing and integrating digital transformation solutions. 

Our client is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer who will be responsible for leading the full design and development of products. 

Duties of the Lead Systems Engineer  include:

• Leading on the design and development of PLC and SCADA products and solutions
• Supporting the Project Management team in the delivery of projects
• Innovative thinking to implement effective solutions and processes
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Providing technical input and leadership
• Leading and co-ordinating commissioning

We are keen to speak to Lead Systems Engineers with the following skills and experience 

• Relevant degree qualification or relevant experience
• Hands-on work experience in PLC and SCADA software development
• Good problem-solving skills to develop and deliver solutions for customers
• Experience in hardware configuration
