The role:
Lead on the strategic development of SEN policy and provision
Coordinate additional support for pupils with SEND and liaise with external professionals
Work closely with senior leaders to promote inclusion across the school
Provide coaching and CPD for staff to ensure high-quality support and differentiation
Monitor and evaluate interventions to secure outstanding outcomes for all pupilsThe school:
