To be clear this is a newly created role giving you the chance to thrive on driving continuous improvement and reducing downtime.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs the Lead Maintenance Engineer, you'll take ownership of site maintenance and improvement activity, ensuring equipment and facilities run at peak efficiency.
Working closely with the Production, Engineering, and Operational teams, you'll be instrumental in maintaining high safety standards, boosting uptime, and supporting CI initiatives across site.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConduct hands on preventive & corrective maintenance across the manufacturing site.\nDevelop and manage a proactive maintenance system.\nLead troubleshooting and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nEnsure compliance with H&S standards and regulatory requirements.\nManage parts inventory and oversee procurement as needed.\nFacilitate
