Are you a skilled and experienced engineer ready for a leadership challenge? We're seeking a Lead Engineer with a strong electrical or mechanical engineering background to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team of engineers and technicians for efficient daily operations.
Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical or mechanical systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and upholding safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
Background in either electrical or mechanical engineering (multi-skilled preferred).
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
Flexibility to work a rota or on-call schedule as needed.
