Lead Electronics Engineer

Our client is an innovative technology company based in Norwich , driving the development of electric drive solutions for off-road vehicles and outdoor power equipment . With a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and high-performance design, they are seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to take a key leadership role in their engineering team.
The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned electronics professional to step into a technical leadership role, overseeing high-volume power electronics projects from concept to production. As a Lead Electronics Engineer , you will work closely with the CTO and VP Engineering to align product development with strategic company goals.
You’ll be responsible for leading the design and delivery of motor drive and battery charging electronics—contributing technical expertise, team guidance, and hands-on design throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead electronics design activities including schematic capture, PCB layout, EMC, thermal, and safety considerations.
