The Role
We are seeking an experienced Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to provide strategic lease advisory services to a broad range of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted advisor and play a key role in managing and enhancing client relationships across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
*
Lead lease renewal negotiations for both landlords and tenants.
*
Advise on rent review negotiations, assessing market data and recommending rental values.
*
Manage lease re-gearing and restructuring to optimise client outcomes.
*
Represent clients as an Expert Witness in Arbitration, PACT, and Independent Expert referrals.
*
Deliver commercially strategic advice aligned with market trends and legal frameworks.
*
Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards.
Requirements
*
MRICS qualified (essential).
*
Solid experience in lease advisory, landlord & tenant matters.
*
Strong understanding of the commercial property market in London and the Home Counties.
*
Excellent negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills.
*
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex lease documentation.
*
In-depth knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation and relevant case law.
*
Proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
