My client is looking for a Land Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial, purpose built student accommodation, and roadside retail developments across the UK.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Land Manager to join a recognised local company. The main purpose of the role is to identify and secure opportunities on appropriate contractually and commercially sound terms across multiple asset classes, predominantly in the PBSA or roadside retail space.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Land Identification
Maintain a high-profile with external property contacts by establish and maintaining effective working relationships with local authorities, agents, and landowners.
Actively contribute to the development of the mixed-use strategy of the business.
Land Appraisal
Develop and maintain a full understanding of the appraisal system and the various internal procedures involved in investigating, reporting and purchasing land.
