Are you keen to work for a growing care / later living developer who have a strong appetite to buy land. You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to just get on, source sites and bring them to the table for approval.

I'm working with a cash rich, growing developer who having a strong appetite for new land & development opportunities. They looking to add to the team with an ambitious Land Graduate / Land Buyer who is pro-active in using land software to source land & development opportunities and also getting out to meet and cultivate relationships with agents and land owners, and to sniff out great land acquisition opportunities.

With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. There is room for progression in this role over the next 12 months, with my client keen for someone to develop within the business.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing land opportunities & sites via various land software packages.
Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
Driving deals through the acquisition process.
