Labourer Wanted – Immediate Start 
Location: Spalding
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30

ARC is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join a busy project in Spalding, assisting with an electrical cable pull.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting electricians with cable pulling

General labouring duties on-site

Keeping the worksite clean and safe

Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For:

A valid CSCS card

Previous experience with cable pulling is preferred (not essential)

General on-site labouring experience (preferred)

A strong work ethic and a good attitude
