Managing Customer Service inbox and forwarding where relevant department.
Answering Key Account incoming calls and redirecting where required.
Managing Returns/Credits Screen, organise collections for Key Accounts
Fedex - liaising with Fedex on lost/missing parcels for Key Account requests
Processing service jobs for Key Accounts
Manage in house system, process orders
Approving / Amending/ Adjusting Credit /Returns
Processing Non-Stock returns
Updating/ Deleting/Amending Backorders
THE CANDIDATE:
Strong customer service and admin experience
