The role As a junior sous chef or a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen,, you will ensure the section runs smoothly, you will prep your section for service and cook in service. This restaurant does have some amazing types of fish, so good fish skills will be important. In service you will cook at a rosette level and present amazing fine dining plates. This role includes all the standard senior chef de partie / junior sous chef duties.
