Junior Project Manager

Are you a hands-on, confident individual with a trade background and Site Management experience now looking to step into or grow within a Project Management role?

4Site are currently recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join a well-regarded high-end residential main contractor based in South-West London. You’ll work closely with Project Manager, Contracts Manager and the Commercial team, while gaining experience across project coordination, pricing, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and support site meetings with clients

Assist with project planning and coordination

Collaborate with the QS on pricing and costings

Provide general administrative and on-site project support

Help respond to client queries with confidence and clarity

Ideal Candidate:

Site or trade background – understands the practical side of construction

Confident communicator, especially in front of clients

Willing to get involved and provide support wherever needed

Some project management and/or pricing experience is a plus

Strong on site management experience incuding working with councils/utilities

Trade background heavily preferred

No site tickets recruired

Please note this is an office-based role with frequent travel to site meetings.
