Junior Laminator

Job Description We have a new opportunity to be part of our Composite Laminating team in the role of Junior Laminator .

This role would suit a candidate early in their manufacturing career, ideally with some previous experience of composite laminating and/or materials. Training and guidance will be provided as part of the role.

You will be responsible for:
Working alongside experienced Composite Laminators to manufacture composite moulds and components.
Preparing moulds and tools for composite manufacture.
Communicating with colleagues within the Composite departments.
Successfully meeting challenging and demanding deadlines.
The ability to multitask whilst remaining organised and focused.
Maintaining consistent high standards.
Being proactively aware of Health and Safety requirements.
Dealing with technical challenges as and when they arise and know when to seek assistance if unsure.

What you will need to be successful in this role :
Prior experience or knowledge of composite laminating processes and materials.
A desire to learn and progress within the role, continuously developing understanding of Composite Manufacturing processes.
Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and laminate manuals.
