Junior Developer

Junior or Mid Level Developer (Flutter)- Fareham or Hybrid- up to £45k + Benefits
Our client a tech incubator who are revolutionising technology in their space are looking to hire a Junior Flutter Developer to join their team to help them deliver some exciting new products in 2025.
The team are still fairly early in their journey and currently a small team of 5 but they will look to double the size of the team next year. The business are part of a much larger technology solutions brand that have been hugely successful.
I am looking for someone either at Junior/Graduate level or with a few years of experience
Some experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart
Know how to deploy apps to iOS and Android (projects from uni or personal work are fine)
Can build clean, responsive UIs using Flutter widgets
Have seen or used state management tools like Provider or Riverpod
Know how to connect apps to REST APIs
Understand the basics of testing in Flutter (unit or widget tests)
Comfortable using Git and working with version control systems
In return you will be offered a competitive salary up to £35k for the Graduate role and up to £45k if considering a mid level.
