Job Title: Junior Design Engineer – Mechanical / Sheet Metal / Fabrication
📍 Location: Lincoln (Office-based)
💰 Salary: Up to £30,000 + Annual Bonus
🕐 Hours: Monday–Friday, Flexible Start/Finish

The Role:
Working alongside a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be designing and developing mechanical components used in agricultural equipment.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor
* Designing sheet metal and fabricated components
* Working with internal teams and customers to improve existing products
* Supporting product development from concept through to manufacture
* Carrying out market research to support design decisions
The Person:
* Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Product Design, or similar
* Some experience with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
* Interest or experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or mechanical design
* Keen to learn, with good communication and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits:
* Up to £30,000 depending on experience
* Company bonus scheme – last year all staff received a minimum of 4%
* Flexible working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
