This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where youll help manage key procurement activities, drive margin performance, and develop supplier relationships to support long-term commercial success.
What Youll Be Doing: Deliver against key business targets around margin, waste, and profitability

Manage procurement activities for designated countries and product areas

Support product costing, pricing, and programming using internal systems

Build and maintain strong supplier and agent relationships

Ensure accurate and timely claim management and costing updates

Contribute to commercial strategy including Packing at Source and Direct to Depot initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise the end-to-end supply chain

Drive innovation and challenge the cost chain to deliver competitive advantage

What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a commercial, procurement or supply chain role (ideally in fresh produce, food, or FMCG)

Strong analytical skills with experience using MRP or ERP systems (e.g. Prophet)

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Highly organised, proactive, and commercially astute

A passion for fresh produce and the drive to make an impact in a growing business
