We are representing a growing BMS company based in London who are looking to take on a Junior BMS Project Manager to assist in managing and supporting their projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in project management,

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of subcontractor applications and certifications.
• Help supervise subcontractors and commissioning teams, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain communication with clients and assist in preparing progress updates and reports.
• Contribute to the preparation and management of detailed project work schedules.
• Support in risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
• Assist in the coordination of projects from handover through to final account.
• Help prepare monthly project and cost reports for internal and board presentations.
• Travel to project sites when necessary and adapt working hours to meet project requirements.

Experience & Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years experience working in a projects team.
• Experience with multiple BMS systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
