Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as required
* Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant qualifications are a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
