Main Duties:

• Opening and locking school premises daily.
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and general site duties.
• Ensuring buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and secure.
• Monitoring health and safety standards and responding to issues.
• Liaising with external contractors and supervising work on-site.
• Managing site supplies and reporting issues to school leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
• Experience in a caretaker, site supervisor, or facilities role - ideally within a school.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
