Your new role
As an IT Technician, you will be based across 2 sites which are local to each other, providing IT support to staff and pupils in both secondary and primary settings. Your main responsibility will be to provide proactive on-site IT support, contributing to the wider IT strategy and development of IT across the trust. On a daily basis, this will involve responding to IT requests from end users, resolving these efficiently and also working closely with the IT Manager around any more complex issues, therefore enabling you to upskill yourself.
