Must Have’s

* GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)

* Recognised IT qualification and relevant experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident using ICT hardware and software, with a willingness to learn new systems

Nice to Have’s

* Experience supporting AV equipment, stage lighting, or telecoms

* Familiarity with school systems such as access control and CCTV

* Knowledge of Data Protection principles in IT environments

* Prior experience within a school environment

So, what will you be doing?

* Maintain, repair and install IT and AV equipment for staff and students

* Provide first- and second-line technical support

* Set up and maintain user accounts, install software, and update network permissions

* Support IT use during assemblies, meetings, open evenings, and presentations (including occasional out-of-hours work)

* Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock tracking and fixed asset register updates

* Work with third-party providers for complex repairs, CCTV maintenance, and access control systems

* Full time, permanent role, Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3:30pm
