🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Bespoke Software Development

Propose and implement improvements aligned with business needs.

Third-Party Software & Systems

*

Install, configure, and upgrade third-party software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Document procedures and suggest enhancements to existing tools and processes.

User Support

*

Respond to internal user enquiries on bespoke and packaged software.

*

Support users with enhancements and troubleshooting.

Cybersecurity & Firewalls

*

Maintain and configure IT security, including firewalls.

*

Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen security protocols.

*

Remove legacy or unused programs and data.

Infrastructure & Network Support

*

Install, configure and maintain servers, PCs, printers, and network components (LAN/WAN).

*

Recommend improvements to communication and hardware systems.

*

Maintain documentation of infrastructure processes.
