We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our Central London office.Role Summary: As an IT Support Technician, you will be integral to the day-to-day operations of MSQ's agencies. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting end-users IT needs, managing cloud services, and maintaining our infrastructure in compliance with ISO27001 & Cyber Essentials Plus standards. While the role is predominantly during office hours, occasional out-of-hours work may be required.Key Responsibilities:Log and resolve support tickets through our central helpdesk system.Ensure all computers (Windows & MacOS) and network components (wired & wireless) are operational, secure, and correctly configured.Configure employee equipment and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.Set up and configure office equipment such as conference facilities, ID cards, projectors, and TVs.Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base documentation for end users.Manage hardware and software assets.Perform periodic system audits in line with group policies and procedures.Undertake additional duties as required to meet business needs, including mandatory training or tasks assigned by your Manager.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to be able to successfully demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:Knowledge, Technology, and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Microsoft and MacOS operating systems and MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, or Addigy).Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & Azure administration.Solid understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.Experience with a range of hardware and software, primarily within the Microsoft suite.Good knowledge of information security.PowerShell skills are an advantage.Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly analytical with the ability to quickly grasp new technology areas.Capable of balancing work and understanding across multiple divergent projects.Effective and quick problem-solving abilities.Collaborative and flexible approach.Proactive, inquisitive, and innovative thinker.Why Join Us?At MSQ Partners you have the opportunity to grow and develop your career, as a member of our vibrant and innovative team in the heart of London.In addition we offer:Competitive salary25 days annual leaveAviva Group Pension SchemeVitality Private Medical InsuranceSimplyHealth Cashback PlanLife AssuranceStaff Electric Vehicle Lease Hire SchemeCycle to work schemeFree soft and alcoholic drinks every week at our ‘Thirsty Thursday’ drinks eventsAccess to keynote speaker eventsOpportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a proactive IT professional with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
