IT Support Technician

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading equestrian equipment supplier and manufacturer in their search for an experienced IT Support Technician to work in the Wrexham Offices. 
For the successful IT Support Assistant, our client is offering: -
i. Salary up to £28,000
ii. Monday to Thursday (08:00 - 17:00), Friday (08:00 - 13:00)
iii. Permanent

The Role of the IT Support Technician;
i. Maintain and where possible improve all IT (hardware and software) with in the business, supporting all areas of the business both locally and by remote
ii. Support the IT Manager with the implementation of a new ERP  system
iii. Assistance in the movement of equipment e.g., computers and printers
iv. Assistance with setting up new users on the systems, desk moves as well as dealing with any other information system change requests
v. Email administration and support for all users

What our client is looking for in a IT Support Technician;
i. Previous experience in full software and hardware IT Support and Assistance in an office environment - ESSENTIAL 
ii. Experience implementing systems in a support capacity (ideally ERP and Management Systems) - ESSENTIAL 
iii. Competent Reporting; Excel and System Reporting 
iv. Knowledge of a range of operating systems including Windows 7,10 and 11; Windows Server, and ERP Systems - ESSENTIAL
